CONDITIONS OF LETTING

| 1. RENT. A booking is made only on receipt of deposit. If the cottage is not available we will refund the deposit. The balance of rent is payable 2 months before the start of the tenancy. If you cancel we will refund your deposit only if we can relet without loss. | ||

2. OCCUPATION. The cottage may be occupied between the times shown on the information sheet supplied prior to booking. |

| 3. NUMBERS. The number of people occupying the cottage including children must not exceed 4 unless prior written consent is obtained. | ||
| 4. UNAVAILABILITY. We are not liable if the cottage should become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. We will try to make an alternative booking, but if this is not possible all monies received from you will be refunded in full. | ||
| 5. VISITORS' RESPONSIBILITIES. You are legally responsible for any damage, loss or breakage that occurs during your stay. You should report and pay for such damage or loss. Unsuitable substitutes are not accepted. We ensure that the cottage is clean and tidy on your arrival. You undertake to leave it clean and tidy at the end of your stay. | ||
| 6. APPLIANCES. No heating appliance may be used in the cottage apart from those provided without the written permission of the owners. | ||
| 7. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS. By applying for a booking you are undertaking to accept these conditions for yourself and on behalf of all members of your party. |
